They are General Manager's Assistant & Manager of Marketing Department Wang Jian, Accountant & CFO Guo Chengxiang, Engineer & Minister of Manufacture Department Wang Maohua, and Engineer & Quality Control Department Lu Kai. Administrators of each department deal with the daily things, and respond for the General Manager.
